Paul Niibu started his roofing career at con Roofing and Waterproofing as a Project Manager Estimator. Because he was BLESSED WITH A GREAT GROUP AND EVENTUALLY LINKED UP WITH KMLU, he was able to win the ARMA award for the most dIFFICULT roof PROJECT in the Nation as the Project Manager Estimator for the Kapiolani Medical Center Main Roof. THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND THE MEN WHO WORKED NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND ON FATHERS DAY REALLY DESERVES THE AWARD. THEY BUTTONED UP EVERY DETAIL OF THE HUNDREDS OF PENETRATIONS ON THAT ROOF. MAHALO KMLU!
As a Project Manager at Beachside Roofing, Paul helped oversee the largest roofing contracts in the State of Hawaii. The most challenging project of his career was the King Kalakaua Building MULTI-COLOR Tile Roof.
Later Paul went to True Home Hawaii where he learned the ins and outs for helping home owners file insurance claims.
Paul also has experience as a General Contractor, HVAC, Telecom, and Industrial Engineer.
Paul is super grateful for all of his experienceS and opportunities as they gave him the confidence, SKILLS, AND NETWORK to start his own endeavor.
