Our why?

We understand that a roof replacement and home renovations are big decisions. The common worries of clients are: contractors taking their deposit and disappearing, quality of workmanship, paperwork done incorrectly for warranties, getting hurt on property, insurance, licensed and bonded contractors. At One Stop Rooftop LLC, we ensure all of these items listed above are properly handled. We are the Project Manager FOR THE CUSTOMER. We guarantee everything is done correctly - from workmanship, logistics, to paperwork. Many companies have Project Managers on staff but they’re usually biased for their own contracting company. One Stop Rooftop are the eyes and ears for the client.

About the owner

aloha, my name is Paul Niibu. As a kid I was forced to help my dad repair things around the house, build extensions, pour concrete, and even do our own roof. My dad knew I hated helping him. He told me if I don’t like helping him - I better at least learn as much as possible and start my own company someday.

I went to college for electronics, got an undergraduate in business then pursued a masters in Education.

I worked as a teacher, technician, engineer, Project manager, estimator, at Hawaii’s largest contracting companies. I learned a lot from every company and made many solid connections. As much as I loved every company I worked for, deep down I always felt - if I was the owner - I’d do things differently.

In August 2025, I took the leap of faith and went 100% on my own. I constantly tell every coworker “don’t worry about making money for me, just make every job cherry.”
